YESX LINGERIE

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-3 working days and you can expect delivery within the UK within 5 working days (with the exception of made to measure items). Delivery times will be longer for overseas customers. (Please note at busy times of the year, it may take a little longer to dispatch items to you).

If your item is not in stock and we are awaiting a delivery from our suppliers, you will be notified of the approximate delivery timescale and given the option to wait for the product, request a different item or cancel your order.

Please note that you will not be charged for the goods until they are ready to be shipped.

Unfortunately, manufacturers do sometimes discontinue lines with no advance warning. We have no control over this, but we will let you know if are no longer able to fulfil an order.

For your privacy and/or not to spoil a surprise!, all our items are shipped in discrete plain mail order boxes with no branding on the outer box.

POSTAGE & PACKAGING COSTS:

Postage is charged per order and not per item:  (free postage on UK Orders of £50.00 or more!)

UK First Class: £3.50 Delivery within 2-3 working days from dispatch.

Europe: £5.50 Delivery within 3-5 working days from dispatch

Rest of World: £7.50 Delivery within 5-7 working days from dispatch

Customs & Import Duty

If you are ordering a product from outside the UK the recipient of the product is responsible for all customs duties or tariffs incurred in the country to which the products are shipped. Please note we are unable to provide specific advice on customs duties or tariffs.

RETURNS

We hope that you will be delighted with your order, but if for any reason you are not, we will happily refund or exchange your item within 28 days of you receiving it, providing that all the labels are intact and the product has not been worn.

Please print off the invoice which was emailed to you at the time of your order and record the reason for return before enclosing it in the parcel. Please repackage the product in its original packaging.

Please obtain a proof of postage from the post office as we will be unable to offer a replacement or refund for returned goods not received.

Items returned after 28 days from receipt will unfortunately not be eligible for exhange or refund.
